Why this page exists

Switzerland has no general duty to publish an imprint. What it has is Article 3 paragraph 1 letter s of the Federal Act on Unfair Competition (UCA / UWG), which makes it an act of unfair competition to trade online without saying who you are. It provides that a person acts unfairly if they

“offer goods, works or services online and in doing so fail: 1. to provide clear and complete details of their identity and their contact address including their email address, 2. to indicate the individual technical steps that lead to a contract being concluded, 3. to provide suitable technical means for identifying and correcting input errors before submitting the order, 4. to provide immediate online confirmation of the customer’s order…”

That is the Federal Chancellery’s English translation, which states on its own face that English is not an official language of the Confederation, that the translation is for information only, has no legal force and may not be relied on in legal proceedings. The German, French and Italian texts are the ones that count.

Sub-points 2 to 4 concern order processes: this site has none. Nothing here can be bought, booked or paid for, and no contract is concluded through it — the enquiry form sends the studio an e-mail and a commission is agreed separately, in writing. Sub-point 1 is the one that applies, and the block above answers it.

Responsibility for this website

Benjamin Juhasz is responsible for the content of this site. The site is a marketing site: it describes the studio and its work and invites enquiries. It sells nothing, hosts no user accounts and stores nothing you type into it — see the Privacy Policy for what happens to an enquiry.

The photographs

Every photograph, layout and piece of text on this site is protected by the Swiss Copyright Act (URG / CopA) and, where applicable, by the corresponding law of other countries. Copyright in the photographs is held by Benjamin Juhasz or by the photographer who made them; publishing this site does not license anyone to reuse them.

Downloading, copying, reproducing, editing or republishing any image from this site — including in a social media post, a moodboard, a pitch deck or a training dataset — requires prior written permission. Clients who have commissioned work receive their licence in the commission agreement and in the Terms of Service, not from this site.

Third-party marks — the client logos shown on the site — remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify past work, not to imply any endorsement, partnership or current relationship beyond the work described.

Accuracy and liability

The content of this site is prepared with care but is offered without warranty as to correctness, completeness or currency. Descriptions of services, turnarounds and formats are indicative; what a particular commission covers is what the written commission agreement for it says. To the extent Swiss law allows, Benjamin Juhasz accepts no liability for loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything on it.
